GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF GRAB A KEBAB LOYALTY PROGRAM (MELTON STORE ONLY)
The GRAB A KEBAB loyalty program is offered by Grab A Kebab (Australia) Pty Ltd ABN 41 552 365 598. By registering in the GRAB A KEBAB loyalty program, using your card or the App, or claiming any benefit under the GRAB A KEBAB loyalty program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

To register, simply download and install the GRAB A KEBAB App (available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store), and complete the registration process. You must provide a valid email address and complete all designated information fields. Only one GRAB A KEBAB member account is permitted per person, and accounts are non-transferable. Incomplete or indecipherable registrations will be deemed invalid at our discretion. You can choose not to receive promotional emails from Grab A Kebab.

Once registered, you can log in using your email address and password to check your points balance and update your account information. You are responsible for all activity on your account, so please keep your login details confidential.

You can earn rewards on eligible purchases immediately upon registration; however, you cannot redeem rewards until 24 hours after registration. Grab A Kebab accepts no responsibility for incorrect information provided by you.

Unless required by law or permitted by these Terms, accrued rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Grab A Kebab reserves the right to refuse use of a loyalty account or cancel an account on reasonable grounds, resulting in the loss of all points.

Earning Rewards
To earn points, present the barcode from the GRAB A KEBAB App during in-store purchases at our Melton store only. The "Dollar Points" rule accrues 1 point for every whole dollar spent, with every 1 point equal to $0.10 in rewards. A minimum of 100 points ($10.00) is required for redemption, and the maximum points a customer can accrue is 150 points ($15.00). Once the maximum rewards value has been reached, you must start redeeming before accruing more points. Grab A Kebab reserves the right to change point earning rates at any time, with prior notice provided via email or our website. If there is no account activity for 12 months, any points and rewards will be forfeited. You are responsible for protecting your phone and account; Grab A Kebab is not liable for any loss of points due to theft or misuse.

Redeeming Rewards
Points can be redeemed directly, with every 1 point equal to $0.10. A minimum of 100 points ($10.00) is required for redemption, and the maximum points a customer can accrue is 150 points ($15.00). This redemption rule applies to all customers on the 'Verified' tier. Rewards are redeemable on any food or beverage products within the Melton store only (subject to availability). If there is no activity on your account for 12 months, any points and rewards will be forfeited.

Promotional Loyalty Rewards
As a member, you may receive various offers from Grab A Kebab. Vouchers will be valid for a specified period and are non-transferable. Promotions exclusive to loyalty members may have separate terms and conditions. Members may also receive special birthday rewards if registered prior to their birthday.

Lost or Stolen Accounts
In the case of a lost or stolen phone, contact Grab A Kebab immediately to organize a replacement and transfer of rewards. Grab A Kebab will take reasonable steps to transfer any rewards credit from the lost account but is not responsible for any delay in this process.

Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel your account by using the contact form on our website. Any points or rewards not redeemed upon cancellation will be forfeited. Accounts may also be cancelled automatically after 3 years of inactivity unless cancelled by the user.

Eligible Purchases
Grab A Kebab may determine which purchases earn points, and details will be available on our website. The purchase of gift cards does not earn points.

Fees
No fees are charged for the registration or use of the GRAB A KEBAB loyalty program.

For queries or feedback, contact us via www.grabakebab.net.au. Grab A Kebab reserves the right to change or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time, with notice provided on our website. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the current Terms and Conditions.

While we strive for accurate reward redemption, Grab A Kebab is not responsible for any errors in earning or redeeming rewards, nor for technical issues in stores. We reserve the right to correct account balances if clerical errors occur.
